Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of Floow AI. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Floow AI to generate:

• Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the EU.
• Content that depicts or sexualizes minors (strictly prohibited, reported to authorities).
• Content designed to deceive or defraud consumers.
• Deepfakes of real individuals without their explicit consent.
• Content that incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against protected groups.
• Content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other IP rights.
• Political campaign material or electoral interference content.
• Medical or health claims that are false or misleading.
• Spam, phishing, or malware distribution material.

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or billing controls.
• Sharing account credentials with others or reselling access.
• Using automated scripts to generate content at scale without prior written approval.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, probe, or attack our systems.
• Submitting false information to obtain credits or refunds.

Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, email abuse@floowvideos.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending accounts, and referring matters to law enforcement.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP at any time without prior notice. Refunds are not issued for accounts terminated for AUP violations.
