Floow AI is operated by Floow Videos SL, VAT ID B12248643, with registered address at Calle San pablo, Madrid.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Floow AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Floow AI is an AI-powered UGC video generation platform that allows users to create marketing videos using their product information, images, and script. The Service is provided on a subscription or pay-as-you-go basis.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@floowvideos.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for all content you generate. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activities.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the source materials you upload (product images, scripts, etc.). You grant Floow AI a limited license to process these materials solely to provide the Service. You own the videos generated from your inputs, subject to compliance with these Terms and the underlying AI provider terms.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Tokens purchased as one-time add-ons do not expire while your account is active. We use Stripe for all payment processing. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.

7. Refunds

Credits are automatically refunded for failed video generation jobs. For subscription cancellations and other refund requests, see our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FLOOW AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOOW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Spain.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
