Refund Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026

1. Automatic Credit Refunds (Video Generation Failures)

If your video generation job fails for any reason on our end (provider error, timeout, technical failure), the credits you spent are automatically refunded to your account — no action required. Refunds are issued within seconds of the failure being detected.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@floowvideos.com and we will issue a full refund.

Renewals (month 2 onwards and annual renewals) are not refundable. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Credit Pack Refunds

One-time credit top-ups are non-refundable once any credits from the purchase have been used. If no credits have been used, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund.

4. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion for extenuating circumstances. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@floowvideos.com with your account email and a description of the issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@floowvideos.com with subject line "Refund Request — [your email address]".
  2. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and the reason.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
